Delivery Policy

Gulabo’s current delivery policy governs all sales made through www.gulabo.pk and www.gulabo.com.pk. This list is subject to change as more product lines and business units are added.

 

Domestic Orders.

Orders for in-stock goods to be delivered within Pakistan are usually processed and despatched within 3 business days. Depending on the shipping company, shipping speed, delivery routes and the local holiday schedule, it may take up to 7 – 10 business days to receive your order. Unforeseen events like weather delays, security and terrorism-related concerns can cause unexpected delays to this timeframe. Packages are shipped via TCS, Leopard’s or a registered local/international courier service. All shipped packages include a tracking number which can be retrieved by emailing us at Gulabo.info@gmail.com. This does not apply to custom orders or backordered items.

 

International Orders.

Orders for in-stock goods to be delivered internationally are usually processed and despatched within 5 business days. Depending on the shipping company, shipping speed, delivery routes and the local holiday schedule, it may take up to 7 – 10 business days to receive your order. Unforeseen events like weather delays, security and terrorism-related concerns can cause unexpected delays to this timeframe. Delayed deliveries are also experienced around the time of Eid, Christmas, Black Friday, Singles Day and other prominent shopping events. Packages are shipped via FedEx, DHL, TCS or a registered international courier service. All shipped packages include a tracking number which can be retrieved – if you haven’t received it via email –  by emailing us at Gulabo.info@gmail.com. This does not apply to custom orders or backordered items.
